Job Description :

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Mid-Level Oracle Apex Developer to join our dynamic software engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance business processes and user experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy Oracle APEX applications that meet functional requirements and adhere to best practices in UI/UX design.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system designs.
  • Maintain and optimize existing applications by troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and ensuring high availability.
  • Integrate Oracle APEX solutions with other systems using RESTful APIs, web services, and database connections.
  • Participate in Agile software development cycles, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Write clean, efficient code utilizing PL/SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies to deliver seamless user interfaces.
  • Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure application stability and performance across different environments.

Technical Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle APEX development.
  • Strong proficiency in PL/SQL programming for database interactions and backend logic implementation.
  • Solid understanding of front-end development including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Bootstrap, React, and React Express frameworks.
  • Familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle Database, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB for data storage solutions.
  • Knowledge of system design principles for scalable system development using UML diagrams and architecture best practices.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs, web services (SOAP), JSON data formats, and integrating third-party systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms like AWS or Azure for deploying scalable applications.
  • Hands-on experience with version control tools such as GitHub, GitLab, or SVN; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration/deployment.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban; comfortable working within SDLC frameworks.
  • Ability to develop secure applications by applying best practices in application design and security protocols such as OAuth or SSL/TLS.
  • Strong debugging skills using tools like Visual Studio or Eclipse; experience with unit testing frameworks is a plus.
