Responsibilities

Develop Data Mappings from source EHRs to a centralized database.
Design, develop, and manage data pipelines to extract text from Electronic Health Record System through API and JSON interface.
Design and manage relational, non-relational and vector databases.
Optimize database performance for query efficiency and speed and ensure data is clean and validated..
Monitor and maintain data integrity and quality across all systems.
Utilize AWS services such as AWS Glue, AWS RDS (PostgreSQL), Amazon S3, and AWS Lambda (or equivalent) to build scalable and efficient data solutions.
Ensure robust data storage solutions with high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
Implement best practices for data security and compliance in line with healthcare regulations.
Create and maintain Tableau dashboards.
Work closely with AI/ML developers and data scientists to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Communicate technical concepts and progress to non-technical stakeholders.
Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and collaborative development activities..
