Project Description
A federal healthcare project focused on providing high level expertise in AI/ML, data integration, data exchange, and management services on large volumes of data, establishing the data governance strategy, data management and modernization roadmap, suggesting required technology and skills needed to enable an established web-based system to more efficiently provide clinical data to make the healthcare system safer, higher quality, resulting in improved patient safety in hospitals. It also involves providing subject matter expertise and advisory services on managing the data lifecycle in healthcare delivery and identifying opportunities for Advanced Analytics.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and report to management on team progress.
- Work with technical team to ensure all obstacles are resolved and project/sprint expectations are understood.
- Interact with all the stakeholders to define on-going requirements and update the existing system documentation.
- Identify all manual processes, review/update the use cases and requirements.
- Establish a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s service and the underlying resources and processes to provide strategic benefits for the business.
- Conduct deep research into facts and figures. Find out the best possible recommendation to move the customer’s business forward.
- Identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions to address those.
Qualifications:
- Senior Business Analyst experience. This is not an entry or mid-level position.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Agile Methodology
- Deep passion and demonstrated success in finding solutions and understanding how things work. Desire to find out the best possible recommendations to move the business forward.
- Ability to understand user needs and business goals and provide innovative and effective solution requirements.
- Expertise in designing seamless, omnichannel customer experiences.
- Proficiency in reading and writing business requirements, features, epics, user stores, functional and technical tasks, implementing process documentation, findings, reports.
- Senior skills in influencing and collaborating with diverse teams (e.g., data analysts, engineers, strategists) to ensure the user perspective is integrated throughout the project.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and building workflow diagrams (MS Visio, Lucidchart, OmniGraffle, Miro, etc.)
Additional Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Able to successfully pass background check prior to employment
- Healthcare experience is not necessary, but it will definitely elevate your standing
- CMMI familiarity not required, but it will definitely elevate your standing
