Fairfax-based iCUBE, Inc. (iCUBE) has been awarded a $3.2 million contract to provide Data Governance Support Services focusing on developing a data governance strategy and standards to support the Case Management Modernization efforts by the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts.

Currently, iCUBE also provides Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design services, including leading discovery workshops, journey mapping, and co-design sessions to ensure that CMM and workflow enhancements are grounded in real user needs and effectively support redesigned business processes. Our approach emphasizes user-driven design, with continuous validation of all new user interfaces and UI enhancements to ensure usability, adoption, and measurable business value.
