Fairfax-based iCUBE Inc. (iCUBE) announced today that it has been awarded the task order to support the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of Public Housing and Voucher Programs (OPHVP), Financial Management Division (FMD) in its effort to modernize the Operating Fund (OpFund) web portal, specifically the submission and review of the web-based forms HUD-52722 and HUD-52723. HUD's OpFund program provides approximately $5 billion annually to over 2,900 Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) to manage and operate 6,500 public housing developments that serve over 900,000 low-income families. The modernization effort automates the creation and submission of over 13,000 Excel tools and 25 million data elements used to calculate the OpFund eligibilitv.
