Fairfax-based iCUBE, Inc. (iCUBE) is part of the SBA approved 8(a) Joint Venture "¡CUBE-IT JV" to operate a multi channel, cloud-based, contact center operation, service request processing and KnowledgeBase Management for the HUD's Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) Technical Assistance Center (TAC) call center. iCUBE is providing Tier Level I Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), Tier 2 Level Help Desk Specialists, and Management support on this contract.
