Larissa has played a central role in iCUBE’s growth and maturity, leading the development and implementation of the company’s Quality Management System and guiding the organization to achieve CMMI Level 3, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 20000‑1:2018 certifications. Her leadership ensures disciplined project execution, strong governance, and consistent performance across all programs.

Throughout her career, Larissa has led large, multi‑disciplinary teams supporting USDA, GSA, CDC, NARA, HUD, and other federal clients.
