Nicholas “Nick” Wittmeier is a Scrum Master at iCUBE specializing in agile delivery, sprint facilitation, and cross-team coordination for complex federal technology programs. With a B.A. in Economics, he brings a structured, analytical approach to helping multidisciplinary teams organize their work, manage priorities, and deliver reliable outcomes in environments with multiple stakeholders and interdependent requirements.
Nick serves as a Scrum Master for the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts Case Management Modernization program, where he leads multiple agile teams through planning, execution, review, and continuous improvement. As the program’s Scrum-of-Scrums Lead, he coordinates delivery across teams, identifies dependencies, surfaces risks, and helps resolve obstacles that could affect shared milestones or release objectives. His work supports greater alignment between individual sprint commitments and broader program priorities.
Proficient in Jira, Nick manages backlogs, supports sprint planning, facilitates user-story refinement, and develops reporting that gives teams and stakeholders clear visibility into progress, capacity, and delivery risk. He leads daily scrums, sprint-planning sessions, retrospectives, and release-coordination activities while reinforcing consistent agile practices across the program. Nick also works closely with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable user stories, clearly defined acceptance criteria, and appropriately prioritized work.
