Under Pramod’s leadership, iCUBE has grown into a trusted SBA 8(a) federal contractor with multiple GSA contracting vehicles known for its disciplined processes, technical excellence, and commitment to quality. He has architected and led major data management, analytics, and modernization initiatives for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, including enterprise data warehousing, GIS operations, statistical programming, and large‑scale system support.

Prior to founding iCUBE, Pramod spent more than a decade managing complex federal programs, driving CMMI Level 2 and 3 process maturity, and leading multi‑disciplinary teams across HUD’s mission‑critical systems. He is PMP and ITIL certified and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from George Mason University.
