Tatyana Tsoy

Tatyana Tsoy is an Operations & Business Development Compliance Lead at iCUBE, where she plays a key role in supporting projects, quality initiatives, business development, compliance, and day-to-day operations. With more than 10 years of experience in analysis, customer service, and organizational support, including approximately five years of Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) experience, she brings strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

At iCUBE, Tatyana has contributed to major corporate initiatives, including CMMI audit preparation and support for multiple federal projects. She manages compliance and submission activities across the company’s BD pipeline, including opportunity tracking, proposal development, and ensuring timely and compliant submissions. She has also developed quality assurance experience validating the functionality and quality of modernized applications, strengthening her ability to evaluate whether project deliverables meet requirements and expected outcomes.

Tatyana applies her QA/QC experience to conducting internal project audits aligned with CMMI Level 3, ISO quality standards, and iCUBE’s Quality Management System (QMS). Her attention to detail and understanding of project requirements enable her to review documentation, processes, and deliverables, identify gaps, and help teams maintain quality, consistency, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
